Description
Open Relating Online Peer Support – group sessions
Relationship group coaching and peer support
The Open Relating Group Peer Support offers an intimate work space for affordable and supportive self-development work online in a group.
It is not a replacement to individual sessions, but it can and does provide real help to those that may not be ready for private sessions or want the energy of group work.
You can ask me about relationship dynamics, how to get started with opening-up, how to deal with jealousy or anything else related to relationship communication, healthy boundaries and personal fulfilment.
Whether you are single, in a monogamous or multigmous relationship, I offer a judgment-free, empathetic space for you to share and process.
As an added benefit, if you participate in peer support, you will be invited to the Open Relating telegram group for ongoing support and advice.

J & I –
My partner and I felt like you created a safe space, where we could share our opinions and fears.
The way you structured the time, switching from us to the other participants, gave us the time to elaborate what was just said by you or the other partner.
Talking about jealousy of course really helped me personally and seeing that my partner may feel more secure than I do, yet also has some sort of fears as well.
Relating to J. and her story, or your story about it being hard to not have time for oneself spoke to me on a personal level. The dynamic of there being another couple was perfect in our opinion because we had enough time to talk and to listen without either one being exhausting.

Roy skilfully draws people in to share their experiences, challenges and joys and adds his own experience from an open and sometimes humble perspective. Joining coaching club sessions has helped me find community, feel validated and 100 times more optimistic and confident through listening to others and being able to reframe my own thoughts and feelings. All this in a way that is very different from 1:1 therapy (also invaluable) because it’s lighter, perhaps, and less focused on the self, more on ‘how can we all feel our way in the shadows together…’. I really recommend Roy’s peer coaching sessions.
Sam –
Roy created a welcoming, inclusive space where I felt comfortable to share and listen with the group. I really valued his suggestions and it was clear he’s got a wealth of knowledge and experience around ENM. Thanks so much Roy.

I got so much from this session and came away inspired by what is possible in open relating and how much growth can occur. I felt listened to and supported, got some solid advice and also learned a lot from the others on the call. I loved how everyone was in their different situations but could relate nonetheless. Thank you!
