Boundaries are what we create to protect our ourselves so we can thrive. Our upbringing, relationship to our caregivers and our attachment styles are all pivotal to whether we know how to set boundaries and how well we protect them. Lack of boundaries, or boundaries drawn too strictly, often lead to codependency issues and other relationship struggles that feel unresolvable.

Join Claire and Roy, two experienced relationship coaches who specialise in polyamorous and non-monogamous relationships, in their discussion of how to set healthy boundaries.

About Claire

I help women, non-binary folks, and men build secure, thriving non-traditional relationships through 1-1 coaching. In my signature coaching program, I walk with clients through every step of their journey towards the love they desire. I’ve been in polyamorous relationships for 7 years with the same nesting partner.

About Roy

I offer coaching and mentoring to individuals, couples and polycules. I can help with relationship issues, honesty and authenticity in relating, life transformation and major life crises. My support is offered as a mentor, consultant and coach, using a variety of methodologies, along with my life experience in monogamy and polyamory. I have been practicing polyamory for over 10 years.
